Order Processing

Due to the customization and uniqueness of the products that we sell, monogrammed items cannot be returned or refunded. You will receive confirmation via email with a proof of your order. Once you approve the order, we will send you an invoice for payment. Once payment is received, then your order is completed and shipped in approximately 5-7 business days. However, we do offer priority service for an extra fee. All orders that are shipped will include a small fee for shipping charges.

Your order is important to us, and we will strive to make sure you are completely satisfied. In the event of an error on our end, we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

Payment terms: No personal checks are accepted. We accept Paypal for debit or credit card transactions.
